Appendix B outlines the prioritisation framework and provides a summary of the Growth Project Pipeline. The projects included have been submitted by stakeholders during the development of the Lancashire Growth Plan.
This appendix serves as a strategic tool for stakeholders to track progress, identify opportunities, and align investment with Lancashire’s long-term vision. The framework will continue to evolve and be aligned with other strategic documents, including the forthcoming Local Transport Plan.
