Our members

The Combined County Authority is made up of:

  • Four constituent members; two from Lancashire County Council, one from Blackpool Council and one from Blackburn with Darwen Council
  • Two non-constituent members, being representatives of the Lancashire District Council Leaders group
  • An associate member, representing the Lancashire Business Board

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire is also invited to attend the meetings as an observer.
