Chief Operating Officer
Salary: circa £95,000 (12-month fixed term contract/secondment)

The Lancashire Combined County Authority was formed in February 2025. This key role will be at the heart of creating the new organisation, taking executive responsibility for operations, programme management and developing our overall strategic direction.
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Operating Officer who will work closely with colleagues in the Constituent Councils.
As an experienced and influential leader, developing the partnerships that are at the heart of LCCA will be critical, maximising the opportunities available to us and helping to shape and prepare for the next phase of our devolution journey.
