We're inviting you to have your say on our draft Local Transport Plan (LTP) Implementation Plan 2026 to 2030.
This plan builds on the LTP Core Strategy 2025 to 2045 which was consulted on in 2025 and has since been adopted by Lancashire Combined County Authority.
The LTP and its Implementation Plan set out how we will improve travel and transport across Lancashire. Lancashire Combined County Authority is responsible for developing this plan, which covers the whole area - including Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool, Lancashire County Council and all 12 districts.
The LTP Implementation Plan 2026 to 2030 explains how transport improvements will be delivered locally over the next four years. It will be reviewed and updated regularly throughout the lifetime of the LTP.
You can have your say on the LTP Implementation Plan from 19 May 2026 to 30 June 2026.
