Our commitment to increasing the public’s awareness of the work undertaken within the combined county authority

In accordance with the Freedom of information Act (2000), we commit to:

  • proactively publish information to promote transparency and accountability
  • reduce the burden of individual FOI requests by making commonly requested data readily available
  • demonstrate openness in decision-making, spending and service delivery

This approach helps us to build public trust, ensures compliance with the law, and supports good governance.

Requesting information not published under this scheme

Any information held by us that is not published under this scheme can be requested in writing, when its provision will be considered in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
